Orders shipped via standard shipping in the U.S. will arrive within three to ten business days of your purchase. Orders shipped via expedited shipping will arrive within one to three business days of your purchase. To track your shipment, visit the USPS website by clicking here or UPS website by clicking here. Enter the tracking you received in your confirmation email. (This information is not available with USPS parcel shipping.) Shipping charge may include a handling fee.
Money Order payments will not ship until payment is received.
We are sorry but we currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Also no International Shipping.
Items we don't carry in stock, we can special order for you. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipping. We can give you an estimated shipping date. You will be informed as soon as we receive your item and we will ship your order to you within the next two business days.
We personally inspect and ship every single item ourselves to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. If USPS or UPS damages a package in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Upon receipt of item, we will replace it, provided that same item is still available. If not, you will receive a refund.
All antique, vintage and gently used items are sold "as is" and are non-refundable. All other items including reproductions are returnable. You must send us an email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The item must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging and insured for the purchase price. Shipping and insurance cost are not refundable.
